Wow, I've encountered a first tonight. I was block from bidding on a kit on Ebay that was a local pick-up only. I emailed the seller last week and asked if I could see the set in person. Went by to take a look, made a cash offer, got declined and said I'll watch the auction. Went to make a bid and got blocked.

Being me I had to send an email and let them know that I was bidding higher than it sold for, but C'est la vie!

Must of been my charming personality....
