Oh Yeah, I hope he gets his price, being a little partial to clubdates, myself. Is that hardware plating typical of nickel finish, in the early days? The wrap looks really good though.
OkieBob, yes the nickel hardware would oxidize and turn kinda milky or cloudy looking!! Yeah the clubdate are finally getting there just deserve!!

Actually the single tensions model has been in the line up for quite awhile, Just went thur my WFL catalogs, it was offered in the 1952 catalog up till 1957 and was called the Standard bass drum, but only came stained or painted, I don't have a 1958 or 1959 catalog, that must have been when they also offered it in wraps also!
