Who is Eugene Geisler? I've noticed Stewy as an eBay seller that has some very nice items. Sometimes they strike me as quite expensive but frequently they are things I haven't seen before.

Good question. If you look at this and early Slingerland drums they were pretty much the same drum just a different badge.
I believe the DrCJW could shed light on this topic and be more accurate then my sketchy information.

heres a nicer unbadged on ebay with extras
according to the slingerland book page18 they are the earliest slingerland drums they were sold under the Geisler badge then Liberty and finally Slingerland
