The second one I found makes the first look like a deal, and it already has a bid in at $7k. I guess in the case of some very particular vintage instruments it's still 2006 pricing.

UPDATE:
Set one above went nowhere and has dropped off the radar.
Set two goes down $500 every few days. Currently at a mere $5500 Weird opening bid and BIN same price.
Will we get proper price discovery on set two and see what a set like this is "worth"? We just saw a same sizes nice burgundy sparkle set go on the bay a few days ago for just above $3100.
Any guesses as to what will happen?

Both sets are still up; the second one has now returned for $2600 BIN. Getting there in terms of fair value.

The one pictured in the first post went for $2600 on a BIN.
This I think shows that good Anniversary kits, at least in 13/16/22, don't pull in much more than other good conditions Gretsch kits.
I've seen a good condition Gretsch BDP bid up that high on ebay yesterday, burgundy sparkle in that configuratoin went for $3100 recently. Champagne sparkle round badge sets without snare have gone for $2400 recently but they were 12/14/20 which is a different beast.
