I came to find out that the numbers just underneath the bar code on the Customs form for overseas shipping at the Post Office serves as a tracking number. The Post Man didn't know this, but I came to find out about it through an unsavory Ebay deal that I'm trying to work through presently.

If you enter those numbers at USPS Tracking, your item will show up.
