I know little to nothing in regard to TAMA drums. I've never owned one of their snares or their kits. I'm trying to determine the approximate age of this one and what a reasonable price might be for a possible purchase. Also, any information regarding the sound quality of this snare would be greatly appreciated. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a TAMA snare in white marine pearl. Is it just me? As usual, any "words of wisdom" would be greatly appreciated!

I have a Tama popcorn snare with identical lugs. It's probably around 10 X 6. I believe It's from the mid nineties, maybe 1996. Check out the website.

Late 90's to early 2000's, I know the Swingstar and Stagestar lines used those lugs.
