So I was hunting around on Craigslist the other day and came across a guy selling this.... a slingerland parade snare. He doesnt seem to know too much about it. How much is it worth? These are the only pictures I have.

It seems they hardly ever go for much more than $100. I ran a Completed Listing search on Ebay just now, and appears that's the case currently. I've noticed in the older catalogs that marching and parade drums were priced higher than conventional snare rums....... bigger drum, bigger price, I guess.
I read up on parade drums from the Civil War era, many of those have a huge historical value when they can be connected to particular battles or regiments. Many of them are quite beautiful as well. Tons of good info out there on that.
