Slingerland 3 pc 1964 Last viewed: 41 minutes ago

I'm new to the forum and have had these drums in my possession for years and am possibly looking to sell, just need some guidance on where to start...

It's a 3-piece Slingerland kit, 20 X 14 X 12. Serial #44597. Date stamp in the kick and floor are Aug 64, mounted Sept 64.

All drums are sound. The finish on the toms is in very good condition, the kick has some delamination at the seam of the sparkle veneer. The kick hoops are solid, but need new inlay work for the veneer. Chrome has lost much of it's shine. I played them with a little community big band years ago, but they have since been boxed up in a very dry basement.

Anyway, I'm just starting my reasearch...any advice or guidance on prices?

Welcome mawiah. If you could post some pics of them, I'm sure the resident experts would be able to help you out.

It appears to be champagne pearl, although it has yellowed with age.
