sabian b8 series Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hi I know that the b8 series is more of an entry level cymbal. I was doing a little research about the sabian co. and found that they are made in canada. I recently got my hands on a 20" b8 ride, that is at least 15-20 years old. It says made in Germany. does anyone know if there is any difference in the german made b8s. Is the value the same. What is something like this worth? anyone know? Thanks.

Wondering if they ever bought out any German factory - the way they did to Tosco ? Never have heard of that however

HI I FOUND OUT FROM SABIAN THAT WHEN THEY FIRST STARTED THE COMPANY THEY USED GERMANY TEMPORARILY WHILE THEY WERE SETTING UP SHOP IN CANADA. tHAT MAKES THIS ONE OF THE EARLIEST B8 20" RIDES. HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE VALUE IS THOUGH. THE ONLY DEFECT IS SOME KEYHOLING. BUT FOR AS OLD AS THE CYMBAL IS ITS IN GREAT SHAPE. HERE IS A PIC. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ON VALUE?
