Looking for any thoughts on this set and how much it is worth. This is what I have been looking for for quite some time. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Just my humble opinion here...

Looks pretty clean and complete but that's tough to tell from photos.. it would seem like $450 would be a sweet deal, $550 would be expected, but if it is exactly what you been looking for... maybe ride it up $650 .. and hold out for a great deal on a matching snare and hardware to complete it.

The drums, if sold seperatly should bring like $175 for the FT, $175 for BD, $125 for the mounted tom...

I'm not a huge BDP fan but I can respect your digging it.

Good luck!!

That kit looks like it is in real nice shape. It will be interesting to see what it goes for. I think $650 might be on the low side.

Yeah Lucky, I agree they look real nice. I was thinking with no snare, no stands, no pedal, no throne... you would end up spending some $jack$ to make it a kit.

My first inclination was to say $850... but that just felt high when I went over it in my alleged mind.. :)

The only thing that will keep this from going higher than that is the BDP wrap. It's not the most popular or desirable of the Rogers wraps.

I agree about the wrap, so if you like bdp it is an opportunity to score a nice kit at a good price.

Just wanted to clarify: it's not that BDP is undesirable. It's that "of the Rogers wraps", BDP is less desired than quite a few others. That's all. And you are correct, someone will do well on this one.

Hey man if it is what you really wanted I hope I didn't scare you off it, and if you did get it... you stayed under a $1000 and got what YOU wanted, so that's beauty to.

... and if you didn't them there will certainly be another BDP Rogers kit for sale in the same range... or maybe a Slingerland kit
