Interesting. I do have to agree, emphatically, on one point, Krut cymbals did (probably still do) sound like crapola. I had a 20" ride with my first set (instead of buying a heavy 18" Zild - bigger ain't better). I managed with it for a few years, tolerating the metal garbage can lid-like sound quality - loud guitars did help. Anyway, nice little bit of history on Krut, if nothing else. Oh, what the spinniny-advertising company's do, to sell their junk.
