Are either of those tom mounts the correct ones?
I just saw that Remo has a line called "Classic Fit" which has a slightly narrower hoop that allows for drums with slightly oversized shells. I haven't tried them, but if you're selling this kit, then it might be good to see if they solve the inherent problem. It's kind of off-putting to consider buying a drum kit with a drum that you can't fit a head to properly. But if these heads work then it would be good selling information to include in the description....Something to consider, anyway. Good luck.
Edit: Maybe email premier and see if they have any special line of heads for their old drums or not. I dunno...just a thought.

We all know but sometimes fail to compute.
Not only Shell is pre-International but So are the Hoop the rims.
So you see the 12 Rim riding on top of the mylar head's hoop..always.
My point being Nobody thinks of the Rims always 'the shell'.
Anyway carry on it's a beauty and hope you don't mind I showed link to some Premier enthusiasts at dfo

make a little movie showing how they sound
may convince someone
or soundcloud sound file
