Extremely nice quality. However, the reinforcement work done on the shell and that long crack in the wrap is worrisome. Still, that's a complete (with hardware) matched kit. I'm not super familiar with Premier, but I'll bet they sound great, too.
Price? I'll let the Premier experts chime in.
