Go to your my Ebay. Click on the help section. I type in the search Blocking a bidder.
Than click on Managing bidders and buyers. and follow instructions. More than likely a faster way, but this is how I do it.

well, i don't block her auctions, i block her from bidding on mine. it's not just the music, there are many reports of her using negative feedback to blackmail sellers for partial refunds.
personally, as long as ebay gives me the option, i will avoid members with such reputations.
I just don't get how she finds the stuff she sells. She always has some killer stuff listed.
