Pearl Session Custom? Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Anyone around Greensboro, NC? I don't usually like to deal with Guitar Center, but good gravy these are cheap! 249$ for the shells, I called and the guy said the bass drum is a 24! I would pull the trigger myself, but I can't seem to find room for another set.

Maybe I'm alone on this one, this was my high school dream kit...throw some ebony pinstripes on there, dual chinas...sigh...

Oh no, I was just going through Greensboro on tour. I had to literally tell myself out loud that I couldn't buy it as I have nowhere to keep them, and I already have a kit with a 24 inch kick. If I ever do get yet another set, it will be a 20 or 22...

just thought I'd share this if anyone needs a really good deal on a knockaround set!

There seems to be missing at least one tom and the snare. 250 for the 3 drums is an OK deal, but missing the tom and snare, that would make it a smoking deal, having the other tom and snare intact.

That kit looks more like a Master's kit. The tom has an Optimount and the lugs are identical to the one's used on some Master's kits.

I have a late 90s Master's kit with the ISS mounts but with those same lugs. The tom legs/feet are identical to the one's on my floor tom.

Mine are called Masters Custom Extra(MRX) with 6 ply maple shells. Those drums look to be along the same Master's line only with the newer tom mount.

I would snatch them up at that price.

It is definitely a Pearl Sessions kit based on the shape of the badge and triple flange hoops. They are very nice drums. The optimounts were standard for that era Sessions kits.

I have only seen a few 24" kicks in the Sessions line so this one is unusual.

$249 is a great price for that kit especially with that size bass drum. It would be easy to pick up additional toms if someone were so inclined.
