Sometimes cheap cymbals can sound surprisingly good :)

Glad they worked out for you!Could be Italian, since it doesn't measure a full 13"s. I think real Turk cymbals measured correctly. I love 13" hats. They seem quicker and and usually have a nice tone, at least to my ears. There is a little less real estate to lay the stick on though, so you have to pay attention or you might miss! :p
I really like how they sound. Even though I would like to know who made them etc....the best thing is that they sound good to me and for $33 shipped :) Talking about 13"s being a little harder to hit because of the small size...I have some 16" hats..quite a bit difference, but I like them both!
Did a sound demo on these hi hats: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBxC_dI9aT0"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBxC_dI9aT0[/ame]
You stole those hats. They sound really good.
Superb, you did quite well with those.
Yep, you did great! Another cheap score for you! I love the thinner "slosshy" sound of these hats. And, really digging your playing and drum room!

Those are really nice.
I bought a Wuhan Western 18" c/r recently for $65. It's excellent!
Thanks everyone....yes, regardless of what they are $33 is hard to beat :) They are pretty trashy and have very quick response since they are smaller hats and so thin. Lingontega: I love my Wuhan cymbals....very underrated!
Nice score!! Enjoy them!!
Cheers
