just found this in the local antique shop, paid a deposit on it, its described as english, brand is stamped on steel shell as ' ideal ' what have i got here, vintage, veteran? 14'' hide heads, botton head wrecked, snare damaged, strainer in place. not my area of interest, but i think its a great curiosity and will purchace as a display piece, any clues? mobile phone pic resized an upside down, so sorry about clarity of pic.

To me the drum is made in the U.S.A not england,the claws look like W&A,Geo B Stone, or some other catalog made drums from 1900-1910.Mikey
