I just got this vintage cymbal. It has no marking or stamp that I can see. It weighs 1095 grams and measures at 16.5". Any ideas?

Not an A. or a K. Doesn't look like Italian either. Probabaly European made based on the odd diameter.
Does it look like B-20? How does it sound?
