While looking at some drums down under on the drumpalace.com site,I noticed what they are advertising as a Pearl copy set with large hex-rod tom mounts.I have never seen this on a stencil-only real Pearl.I suppose it's possible this mount was transferred,but the bass is 8-lug,more common on real Pearl.Too bad it's on the other side of the earth(literally!).They would be a good candidate for my BDP return to childhood set.....
