That's a nice kit, but unfortunately, I can't afford that much right now, was hoping to find something for around $300-500, thanks.

I find Chris is usually quite open to offers. But go to his website straight away because the prices are a little lower.

No idea. You'll have to make contact. Probably $100. Some of these guys have pretty good deals with UPS or FedEx due to volume of items being shipped.
