I would lowball her and try to spike a nice profit off of the set. Cherry pick for yourself, sell the rest to recover your investment and keep the cherries for free!!!!!

That would be the Octa-plus set up, right?

I don't think that would even fit in the drum room, but I'd find somewhere to put it!

While I appreciate your willingness to share, I believe I'll pass on that particular path as it would surely lead to destruction and cause the devourer to be loosed on me and mine. This would jeopardize all that I hold near and dear. It's just not worth it. But thanks all the same.

:o I think Drumhack came aboard ol' VDF after those...certain...conversations of a time back.

McJ....seems like most everyone is in agreement within a few hundred bucks of each other. Maaaaaan, that wood snare IS a realy find, if you can wrest it from the seller.

I actually wouldn't mind some of those Luddy toms....I'd likely re-wrap convert 'em to double-sided ones, myself.

I wouldn't low ball her. But, I would offer her around $1000 for like 4 cymbals of your choice and 5 drums.

Again, I'm not interested in all this equipment. I posted this for you guys. I'm interested in just a tiny bit of this massive haul. If any of you are up for it, I'll put you in touch with the seller. I've already sent the url for this thread to them. Hopes to all.

Cherry picking just makes the rest harder to sell i hope she holds out she will get 3 grand for it or pretty close if she gets the word out... things may be tough for alot of us but there is plenty of buying money out there .

I suggested the same thing. I guided him/her to split the kit into two distinct kits complete with stands and cymbals. Hopefully, he/she will do well on the sell. Great stuff guys. I gave them this url to follow along and see real numbers from uninterested parties. That seemed to be the best and most ethical methodology. Thanks again for all the help. Maybe they will join and post them for sale here. Hope they do.
