Someone local tracked me down through a music store contact and popped these pics to me wondering if I'm interested in purchasing. I honestly have no clue what to think. There's way too much going on here to sort out what this stuff would come to. I'm not in the market for something this massive and so I figured I'd put it up here and let you know these are for sale locally. Please help this widow ID the stuff and give her an idea of worth. Because I am interested in a couple of cymbals and a snare, it wouldn't be ethical for me to lay down worth for her. Thanks.

She was looking at a bit over three grand...it also comes with a boatload of electronics (mics, and oodles of other stuff).
Cymbals ~ 4 crashes, 3 rides, 2 sets 'hats and a china, probably none older than 70's = $800-ish
Snare - damn that's a nice one. Are those logos on it original (the notes) ? If so, wouldn't that be a "full dress" snare ? Either way, at least $400-500. If those aren't decals and are actually part of the wrap, add $150+ to that snare.
Then there's that chrome snare...assuming b/o badge that ones worth a good $175-200 min...too far away to see what it is exactly.
Then the 2 kits...one looks complete, so if in good shape about $750-800...the other maybe about $500-600 since all toms are concert.
So, $3000 asking price (for the drums and cymbals - I know nothing about the electronics) isn't crazy....not a steal, but not outlandish, either.
That's what I was thinking. I honestly felt that the asking price was high but because I'm interested in a few of the items, it just didn't feel right for me to tell her it was too high. Just felt unethical. Hence, the post. I was thinking the snare might be worth more, but I was very close on the cymbals. The drums won't go for much due to the single heads. I like the looks of that chrome snare, though.
p.s. that's one drumkit.
The ludwig ludwig is a custom ordered full dress snare drum your value is correct $500,00 plus, are the ludwigs vistalites?? her price is fairly close as what is pictured, the electronic stuff of course addig to the value.
I was told they are wood drums.
Got a few pics of some of the cymbals. They appear to be a few of the "modern" ones.
The ludwig ludwig snare looks to be a 8x14, it would be cool if you could find who previously owned it!! also as previously posted the concert toms don't sell well, but the ludwig metal snare drum as you know will, the cymbals even if you put em on feebay at $100.00 a piece would all sell, and what ever electronic equipment, try to find out what that might be, i am interested. i collect guitars amps mics etc, hey you help her she helps you that is the way god intended, good hunting

Hi All, this is what i think--the Ludwig and ludwig snare is a full dress even in the condition its in[the notes can be repaired]700.00 to 850.00..The cymbals i would say 800.00 to 1,200.00 for all..the set as a whole set maybe 1,800.00 to 2,500.00 or maybe make it two sets maybe you would get more,The other chrome snare 300.00 to 400.00..The rest of the things photos would help so no clue on that part of the deal..I would offer them 2.500.00 to 2.700.00 for it all...mikey
