Two piece 6 lug brass shell; Ludwig logo to the left of the P338 throw-off; single flanged hoops...from the work done by 510 on VDF I believe that makes this a 1921-22.

The previous owner had everything chrome plated and added a baseball bat tone control (red felt) in 1963. I know that limits the collectability value, but it's a great snare that I'm proud to own none-the-less.
