So before I tackled this my first clean/restore project, I wanted to see if anyone out there would consider a trade for this snare. While I might be silly for wanting to get rid of this already I consider myself more of a 1950-70s guy. Anyway just thought I throw that out there. If no interest, I'll just get to work cleaning. Thanks everyone :) Here are some more photos.

I'll be starting the rehab process this weekend. Just a last bump in case anyone is interested in a trade or sale. Thanks very much. Wish me luck (fingers crossed).
Did you get any takers on that snare?
Hi, yeah I sold it to Guitar Center a few months ago. They still have it for sale but for $599 (!!). Bit overpriced. But thanks for asking.

Just curious, does Guitar Center offer a fair price when you sell them gear? Sometimes I sit on stuff that I have for sale for longer than I'd like and have thought about just dumping them at a pawn shop, is GC better?

I think they were fair on the drums and not so much on the cymbals I traded in. Their used website way overvalues snares for some reason. But they'll give you cash for trade in. Only 10% more is you get a gift card instead.
