I picked up this '65 Oyster Black Pearl kit several weeks ago as a project. I removed all the hardware, cleaned and polished it with some Meguiar's, replaced some non-original hardware with original Ludwig parts, and added my pre-serial COB Supraphonic snare to complete the set. I'm now growing the "mop top" and looking for a nice looking "Nehru" jacket (LOL)!
