Nickle hardware.....sure looks like an old WFL, but hard to tell without more pics. The inside of the shell would tell for sure....grain of the interior should be a tight grain African mahogany if its a real WFL. Loose grain would spell lauan, and would mean a MIJ drum with WFL hardware fitted, highly unlikely, yet still possible.

If the shell was blue duco instead of red, it would look exactly like a WFL drum we've got at the school where I work.
