That would be a Kent snare. 8 Lugs (looks like) and nice, but at $100.00+, not really a steal.

They do indeed, but it's a weird trick of the light. When photographed at certain angles, Kent lugs appear to have a line/bulge running up and down the center of the lug (like a Rogers Beavertail). They are actually smooth/rounded over.
Also, the strainer and HUGE vent hole really give them away.
