Ok, I got them today. Turns out they're stamped 1958. I cleaned them up, and the wrap is practically flawless, it's really glossy and almost perfect, except for a lot of fading, the tom is pretty much yellow on one side. They're all in round, but some of the bearing edges are a tiny bit split. The water didn't do much, the bass drum just has a small amount of black-mildew like stains on the bottom of the inside of the shell. From the outside, the drums are perfect aside from the fading. There is a minuscule amount of corrosion on the floor tom and snare rim, but the lugs are all immaculate. The speed king pedal is in pretty good shape, it's a bit tarnished, but functions as it should, no squeaks. Also included was a WFL speed king hi hat stand, with severe corrosion and rust at the top where the felts are, and a WFL snare stand in decent shape. And finally, all the drums had their original calf skin heads, the top and bottom floor tom heads were in almost perfect condition, with a few stick marks. The kick heads were almost perfect, with a small hole where the beater hit on the batter head and some water stains on the front head, but still with most of the Ludwig logo in tact. The rack tom had a small hole in one side as well, and the snare batter head was completely torn across, but the snare side head was perfect.
Also, there were 2 pairs of sticks included, some old slingerlands and a pair of flawless Ludwig sticks with metal tips.
So, what do you guys think now?
