Hi! Got this snare on e-bay, can't identify it! Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hi there! Firstly, just saying hello.

Like a lot of you, I've noticed E-bay is a great way of finding snares and buying drums. I bought this on E-bay in the Uk for roughly 40 dollars, but the seller couldn't identify it. I've asked a few drummer friends, but nobody knows what it is? (The badge is missing!) The hoops at the out edge lip over the skin quite a lot, and the fittings look at least 1970's, but not sure. It's 13x5.

Hi again. This is actually a 14x5 1/2 - shoddy info from me! I've done a bit of searching and the shell is almost definately from a Beverley Dluxe, as are the hoops and throw off. They had off-set lugs, so it's probably the shell - unless they changed the design?
