found a dude sellin these toms, what would u offer for them? he says they are 1940's gretsch broadkasters, i think i see 2 extra holes on the floor tom in the picture.

You are going to pay top dollar for that floor tom. Even if that is an extra set of holes. They actually look like the spacing for a muffler.
those are rocket lugs on the drums this is the real deal, with extra holes though darn it! try $500.00 and see how that goes!
Gretsch didn't make a 14" FT then, so the 14 is most likely a 10x14 (or 12x14) rack tom that has had FT leg mounts added, thus the extra holes. I would say in the ballpark of $300 would be fair for the two drums.
