[COLOR="DarkRed"]Well...it's unusual, in that it appears to have no otehr hardware besides the lugs so was probably a symphonic or marching drum.
It IS Champagne sparkle, which is always a rarity in original form.
Dunno what the lugs are..whether Beavertail or B & B's (those being the 2 styles Rogers produced).
The claws and rods look older bowtie style, suggesting the lugs might be B & B. In which case, some are probably cracked (B & B's tended to crack)...and if they are not you will need to reinforce them inside in order to make them strong enough for modern playing.
$190 ? No...maybe $125 if they are B & B's...maybe $145 if they are the later Beavertails.[/COLOR]
