The legs are different lengths depending on the bass drum size. If you have one complete one it makes it easier to make sure you're getting the right thing. You should show a pic of what you have.
Are these what you are looking for? If I were'nt using mine, I'd send them to you.

I think these parts will be (very) hard to find since they are the smallest and easiest to lose and since they unscrew pretty easily. You might be lucky and find some used legs with these parts attached. You have two other alternatives. The first is to try to get them from Fibes. They are still in business making drums, they still ship drums with these same legs, and they still list this part ($12.50 each) in their catalog: http://www.fibes.com/pdf/spurleg.pdf in http://www.fibes.com/bassparts.htm at www.fibes.com. I tried a few years ago and wasn't able to order parts from them directly, but did find a part I needed at a drum store who was a Fibes dealer.
Your last option is to make a copy of this part yourself from plumbing parts and screws. This can be done (I did it), but you need to be handy with metal work and need taps, dies, a bench grinder and a good hardware store. I wouldn't attempt this unless you're sure you can't get the part from Fibes or a Fibes dealer and you're really tired of waiting.
Yes, I have seen the spare parts list at Fibes. But is Fibes really up and running? I can´t find any way to get in touch with them, at their website.
I have also thought about asking my father´s friend, who has a full machineshop, to make them out of stainless steel. He has helped me before with some strange stuff, and it came out really nice.
But original is original :-) Thanks!

Well Fibes may be out of business (or trying to find investors, etc), but the owner also owns a drumshop in Austin Texas: http://www.tommysdrumshop.com/ If I were you I'de try giving them a call - if anyone has Fibes parts for sale it would be them.
