That doesn't look like a 4" shell, looks more like a 5". I wouldn't be surprised if a 5"x14" Acrolite shows up at your door.

For some reason, it looks like a 6 lug drum and it looks smaller than 14 to my bleery eyes.

Yea that's a 5"x14" Acrolite. From the above shot you can tell by the spacing between the lugs.
