I have seen "supposed" Premier cocktail kits before. In my e-mails with a few folks who are what I consider experts in Premier drums, Premier NEVER made anything resembling a Cocktail kit. This is more than likely someone's attempt at a DIY Cocktail kit or a "Traveler" sort of kit.
It is not uncommon for any drummer adapting kits to his or her needs. Which is why every once in a while we all see one of the "Frankenkits" show up and think "OMG what was he thinking? He ruined a (type in favorite classic drum here)" and cry.
