Why? Because it has some non-original hardware and is missing the swivomatic DOUBLE mount AND the 13" tom to go with it. This is supposed to be a Londoner kit, you can tell by the mount on the bass drum, its a double tom mount without the actual mount. Also there is NO SNARE with the kit.
