Can someone tell me if these spurs are anything special? Saved them from an attic, along with some other hardware. Thanks.

I'm almost positive I've owned them...I seriously can't remember on what kit! I think they might be Tama. I cannot get it in my mind where I've used these. I'm sorry, guy. I did try. Just old, I guess.
