[COLOR="DarkRed"]Aaaaah....old Slingy Red Glass Glitter, fades to dark with age (very nicely, I might add).

It doesn't quite really get to maroon in person, but it often gets to a very deep, deep dark red.

Wow! That's the second time a faded finish has looked better to me than the original "intended" color!Cool Dude The other one was that recent Ludwig '69 silver sparkle kit that had faded to milky white.

Interesting, too, because Ludwig's red sparkle fades to an orange-ish (lighter) color.

I have seen a similar phenom on old Slingy purple glitter...some have darkened to a deep, rich purple-blue hue..beautiful but impossible to match. [/COLOR]
