Do you have the snare? If you do, remove the heads and take some shots of the insides. Those are nice and will give us a bit more to go on. Though, I'm sure someone out there can i.d. it with just the lugs. I'm not that good. I have to see the whole thing before I get it wrong...um...I mean, before I make an educated guess.
My "Olympian" snare (made in Japan) had those lugs, until I replaced them with Ludwig bowties.

Definitely 60's Japanese Stencil drum. Looks like either a 3-ply or 1-ply Luan shell with re-rings. The strainer and lugs, as well as shell, are a giveaway.
So, either made by Pearl or Star (later Tama).
With this post, Jaye has officially earned the title of "Ancient Hello Kitty Sage". Man, is there anything you don't know about these stencils? Unbelievable depth.
The throw in the first pic is a Kent. The rest of the drum is likely not Kent and I agree that it's likely an import shell/lugs.
Hi Yes 60s japan import..lugs are Crown drums...but the lugs were also used on other japan 1960s import..mikey
...oh man...I was WAY off on this one. That's why I don't even touch the MIJ drums. I'm Sgt Schultz in that arena.
