This indeed looks like a Yammie badge, shape-wise.

Hey Jonnie, I think the number would be over 200+ names..I have a friend who has a colloection for these M.I.J. snare's hes at number 189 and still counting.He plans to put a drum book out with all the snare's to show color's,type of hardware,badges...One of these days....Mikey
