Very cool that other people are talking about this brand. My store is THE dealer for Amedia cymbals in Cincinnati! And you are right, they are very cool amazing cymbals. If anyone has questions on them, or even wants help picking some out, feel free to email me: Oh, and our 5th line of cymbals will be arriving Oct. 31st (Meinl Cymbals). Anyone in the Cincy area? Chris Coleman will be playing at our store November 5th!-Kevin

Yeah, exactly true! Kevin is a great guy!
I placed a special order (Vintage 22" 2150g-2200g-ish) to Amedia through Kevin! They arrange the weight though Vintage 22" is usually around 2500g-ish. Kevin contacted to Amedia and granted my request. Thanks a lot!!
Thanks Rick!
And Thanks Yoshi!
The only bad thing about the 22" vintage, is that I won't be able to hear it before it heads your way! You are going to have to record it for all us (but mostly me) to hear and enjoy!
If anyone else wants to talk cymbal, feel free to email!

Kevin is a great guy, very knowledgeable about cymbals, and a good friend! He'll do you right, I've bought 30+ cymbals from him alone! The Amedia cymbals are great. I don't know if anyone had mentioned this in the other threads, but they were basically the third company formed after the Istanbul split, (Istanbul Agop, Istanbul Mehmet and Amedia).
The sheer number of series can be overwhelming, but they are high quality cymbals! Well worth the price!
Since they can be difficult to find..............call my man Kevin. He'll hook you up! If anyone lives within a "day trip" drive to Cincinnati, plan on making a fun cymbal day! I know you'll have fun with all the cymbals he has, and I know you'll be impressed with him and his cymbal knowledge, not to mention be floored by his congeniality and his overall coolness. Yes, that's high praise, but he has earned it from me.
Thanks, Vyacheslav!
I'm still playing catch-up to your knowledge and ear in cymbals, and I have a long way to go!
The higher-ups stopped in yesterday to my store, and walked back where the cymbals are... I don't think they realized that I have around 250 nice pieces in the store, haha. I'm sure they they thought, "if we fire him, who is going to sell all these things?!"
Thanks thanks for the kind words from everyone, it's the fine people who 'get it' that make it this much fun!
