Thanks for eveyones help - it's still a mystery if/what/when this snare drum is/was/made...
I wish I could find more info or talk to anyone that would know any more...
It's just one big puzzle...

The Hayman name got used again in the 80's and the owners manufacturers made metal shell snare drums. I owned one a year or two back, before i found this out.D' Drummer
