I guess the question is fair to whom. Even though the collection has two different eras of lugs, they're all still undeniably of desirable vintage, and the sizes interleave well. If someone likes the idea of having enough drums to make '80s rockers drool, with a lineage to raise the pulse of NSMD subscribers, this is the set. And maybe the only one. A nice DW set with this many drums would sell used for around this price.
