Here's one that should be checked out. This is a buddy of mine up in Buffalo. His name is Paul and he runs Buffalo Drum Outlet. Love the guy and his ethics. Great store.

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2] For you today we have a Vintage 1966 Kent Drum Kit in Champagne Sparkle finish. Maple shells. Sizes are 20" x 14" bass drum, 12" x 8" mounted tom, RARE 14" x 14" floor tom and a 14" x 5 1/2" snare drum. Finish is nice with little if no fading. Seams are tight. One small crack in the wrap near a lug on the 12" tom (see pic). Chrome is bright with some pitting. Rims have some rust. Badges where missing so I replace them with awesome new exact repros. Some non original key rods on the 14" tom. Non original set screws on the spur brackets, but are the same threading. One non original spur. Needs new heads all around (the two toms have originals on the top). This is one of the nicest shape sets I've seen for a Kent. I lived my whole life in Kent country where the factory was and most remaining are floating around in pretty rough shape!!. If you collect vintage American made drums your collection is NOT Complete without a Kent!! No stands are included, just what is pictured.

That is a fine looking example of a Kent set. The color however looks more like a gold sparkle than champagne. Could just be the camera/pics. I'm out of funds currently so I won't be buying, but anyone here looking for a nice Kent kit should consider these.
