Looks sixties Slingerland to me. It's got the torpedo style t-handles.

Freakin' heads alone are worth close to the asking price.

WOW, who was it, Tommy Lee that used one of those on stage for awhile?

If you wanted to use that for a kick drum, you'd need a riser -- not for the drum, but for your pedal!
