Does anyone know a source for one? I've looked high and low with no success. All of the ones you can find have the big USA in them, which is not correct for my kit. It's a mid-60s BDP Super Beat kit, with a matching Jazz Festival. Any guidance would be appreciated.

How about a plain white head and get a script decal. I've do that in the past.

Thanks very much for the replies. I've actually got an old script logo, but have had a heck of a time finding a brandless head. People elsewhere have said you can get the brand to rub off using nail polish remover or goof off. Guess I'll try that. Thanks again.
Get yourself a smooth-white head of your choice and use Acetone to remove the logo. Pictured is my 1971 Slingerland Modern Solo kit. The bass drum head is a Remo smooth white PS3. I used Acetone to remove the "Remo" logo and then applied a 70's Slingerland logo. Came out great!
