Oh, MY! I am not a Slingerland expert, but THAT kit is really awesome! And I LOVE complete kits. This one is completer than complete! lol!

Good lord! I'm glad I'm not a Slingerland collector, otherwise that one would be mine! That's what we call a "time capsule" kit!

Boy, your garage is cleaner than my house. Good luck with the drums. Be patient somebody will just have to have those drums. I didn't even know that Slingerland made an acrylic set but it makes sense everybody else did.

I knew a guy in Michigan with a set just like 'em. When I 1st saw 'em, I assumed they were Lud's, I was astounded to learn they were Slingers. They were great drums! $2500 with cym's & hardware?? If I was'nt thinnin' my own herd......

After doing some checking around and talking to other vintage drum nuts,we all put are heads together and emails out we have found that these sets are Very rare a hand full are out around the world, we have came up with 12 sets that we know of,with this in mind we all think that this set will sell for 4000,00+ when the auction is over...Mikey
