I saw on ebay a 1970's Ludwig Psychedelic Snare Drum for sale. The guy emailed me that everything was original except the heads and it had been rewrapped. using a vintage reproduction wrap from Precision Drum Co. What would rewrap do to the value and what would this 8 lug snare drum price range be worth? Here is the ebay title and item number:
