Yes, Novus was used after EminentDestiny polished them for me. They didn't need it reallly, it just made it "pop" that much more. Two mutual drumming friends both said that the edges and insides on this kit are the cleanest they've ever seen.
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
