In the meantime, people have been emailing and calling me about W & A stuff they have for sale- I left 'wanted' posts in a few places. I'm going to look at a signed 1966 W & A black oyster pearl three piece set- bass, rack tm and flr tom, described as mint condition and looks it in the pics. Any stab at what I should pay? Thx.

I would say with-out any photos posted here..if you are talking just the three drums it comes down to what sizes.what lugs are on the set[[W&A used gretsch,rogers,ludwig.If they are 22" bass and the toms 13" and 16" and are in mint condition i would say anywere from 600.00-1,200.00..If they are 20" bass,12" and 14" toms i would say 1,200.00 to 2,000.00+..These set's are rare to come by most of the one's i have seen on C/L from time to time are just the bass and mounted tom from 275.00-400.00 and are not mint...Mikey

$600-1200 is a big range.

The photo's are to small to tell ..But it looks like the tom mount is a 60s Rogers s-o-m mount .Do the lugs all match on the bass drum lugs look like they don't match the toms?/..Mikey
