More details - The rim (there is no bottom rim) is BRASS.

This is a 16 x 16 Floor Tom.

I am including a bazillion pics here - so there is no question about what condition it is in. Note the reflection when a flash is used - it is obvious a satin wrap under there, especially seeing and feeling the texture. These satin wraps are notorious for getting too scratched and scuffed & that is likely the reason for the paint job (my guess). I do not know the history of the drum at all.

There is ply separation (mostly if not all where the re-rings meet the shell) and this occurs both on top and bottom - with the bottom being a bit more severe.

No badge, no muffler. See the pics where the badge used to be, this will show not only the shape of the badge, but will perhaps give you an idea of the texture of the wrap - satin -

I have researched and discovered that the hoop alone is worth $60 ; the legs alone are worth $60 ; the leg mounts alone are worth $60 ; shell is easily worth 30 ; lugs are worth at least 20......................

....but I am not going to ask for this $230 for this drum.....no badge, no muffler, painted wrap that will likely not be salvageable. It is missing 2 lugs and one of the lugs is an MIJ copy. Why not keep it all together, especially for a forum member who needs it to complete a kit. It may need to be re-wrapped, but everyone here appreciates complete drums more than parted out drums. While this needs some TLC - this will surely be a big help with someone's project.
